This forest is nicer than on the trolls' island of origin.
I don't know if anyone noticed, but I draw the forests on either islands differently. This one fades to black at the horizon, while the other wades to white. The other island only has small patches of wood, and daylight can always be seen through. This island is almost entirely covered in trees.
Backgrounds look very detailed and time consuming.
The first panel is my favorite. The 'dragon' looks happy to have a friend!
Actually, forest backgrounds, while taking time to draw, are pretty fun and relaxing. Street views would be the most work, not in terms of quantity, but of how much it feels like work.
I totally agree. I dont like doing urban backgrounds either. Nature backdrops do tend to flow easier and, for me at least, are much more forgiving if l screw something up.
I love these guys! Comedic team they are, now with new additions to the group! Hopefully the names will get straightened out before they really do get confused XD
Oooh, I'm afraid they'll find a way to get to get confused even if they sort out the names!
I loved the last gag XD
