Sure let Ellen hear and see everything, she won't tell anyone! (If she learns to write so many people will be in trouble!)
Note: It's been said before, Leothclif doesn't cut stone, they make cement. Little technological advantages like that matter a lot at the end of the day!
Nice page, the design on that cloak is very cool!
I made an effort to learn to design less plain clothes over the comic, in the beginning my characters really dressed boring!
That I shade more helps too, that way I can add small folds I otherwise wouldn't have drawn.
Yes the shading of the clothes is very nice. Also, the care you obviously take in rendering trees with their textured bark is a very pleasing detail to the eye.
Ellen is one of my favorites. Probably because of her stubbornness.
Thanks for the nice comments!
Bryn (The one with the cloak; I don't expect every reader to remember the name of every secondary character!) gets the first pages of this scene, but the rest belongs to Ellen, so if you want to cheer for her it's the time! :D
Haha I think those silent stares state otherwise, pal!
When she dies, her last words will be "That didn't even hurt!"
