Egesa's dialogue has a strange phrase structure but it's no accident: she was introduced as a fairly simple minded person, and what she's trying to say is a bit complex for her.

But hey there, at that point of the story Ellen is pretty unhealthy (and ugly from it) but normally orcs and trolls find themselves attractive! Unless they have image issues, but that never happens to trolls.
I can only imagine how angry Ellen must be. Having ones tongue cut out...gah, I cant imagine it!
Maybe she can get used to it, but maybe that implies just going crazier until she can convince herself that she's ok.
