The creature on the side of the truck is a cat.
Since cats only exist in legends, there are plenty of appearances for them, according to cultures.
That's right, if you think you saw an actual cat, either you're crazy, or you don't live in Fairy Dust's universe.
I've never seen a cat with wings so I guess I'm not crazy.
Well only gnomish cats have three pairs of wings!
Orcish cats have bear claws and human faces and venom fangs and talk. They guard forbidden places.
Trollish cats are sometimes shape-shifting or can merely appear as any other kind of animal. That pigeon over there? Maybe it's a cat, you can't be sure.
Fairy cats are transformed fairies, like werewolves.
Humans fancy themselves too enlightened to believe in cats, but everybody knows someone who saw one. Why, when people went looking for the bigfoot, they did find them, made contact and established trade relations, so why wouldn't cats be out there too? Stuffed specimens are sold in tourist shops, but they're usually made from large weasel skins over racoon skeletons.
And of course that's all regional, change country and there's a whole other set of myths.
Love that skyline! SO PRETTY :D
Thank you! :D
Cats, they are the new Dragons.
If a bunch of mythical creatures are real, it's only fair that a few real animals turn out mythical too!
